The Anna Frozen Wig

We just can’t let it go! Disney’s Frozen continues to be an incredibly popular choice for Cosplay, costume and themed parties. With both Elsa and Anna sporting distinctive hairstyles and outfits, it is relatively simple to create an easily recognised get up mimicking either one of the princesses. However, unless you are blessed with long, ice white hair or happen to sport a full length white streak through your brown locks, an Elsa or Anna Frozen Wig is imperative to complete your look.

Introducing the Anna Frozen Wig

Anna Frozen Wig

The deluxe Anna Frozen Costume wig is popular among Disney Cosplayers and features long, golden brown hair lengths arranged into two plaits.

The side parting and split fringe mirrors the cartoon hairstyle perfectly and the all important ice white streak runs from the crown to the ends.

The luxury hair is made from 100% premium Japanese Kanekalon. This exquisite fibre resembles human hair to the touch and can be styled as if it were natural hair. This includes replaiting the hair into your own unique style.

The internal cap is constructed from a flexible mesh, ensuring breathable comfort and an adaptable fit. The straps at the rear of the wig can be adjusted considerably to fit all head sizes and ensure security.

The realistic costume wig is available to purchase now with a wig cap included. Free delivery is available to any UK address. Worldwide delivery is offered on both a standard and express service. Receive your new wig within 3 days – no matter where you are in the world! Simply choose expedited delivery at checkout.

The Top 10 Wigs and Hairpieces For Festivals

The UK is about to embark on a long Summer of music festivals. Cue a complete wardrobe overhaul, the annual polishing of those expensive wellies and the important strategy meeting for your festival hair!

Festivals allow for the opportunity to be super creative and carefree. Body paint, faces covered in glitter, flower crowns and multi coloured hair are all the rage. Always wanted an excuse to dress as a mermaid or unicorn? The multiple festivals throughout the year, many with their own themes, make for the ideal occasion.

Festival Hair

California’s Coachella festival was besieged with beauties sporting pastel coloured hair. This huge trend is notoriously difficult to get right and maintain, not to mention the expense. The easy and cheaper solution is to jump on the fashion blogger and celebrity bandwagon by wearing a wig.

The quality and authenticity of synthetic wigs has improved so dramatically over the past few years, it is therefore near impossible to decipher a premium quality wig from natural hair.

Our celebrity and costume wigs are made from the most exquisite synthetic materials on the market and are always incredibly popular during the festival season.

Let’s get festival hair ready!

Here is our guide to the top 10 festival wigs and hairpieces.

  1. The Unicorn Rainbow Wig

Rainbow Fashion Wig

The Rihanna Afro Wig

Our selection of afro fashion wigs has grown quickly over the past year and one of our best selling designs is the gorgeous Ombre Afro wig inspired by superstar Rihanna.

Tinted with a gorgeous caramel blonde that graduates from a midnight brown root, our versatile wig represents one of Rihanna’s more natural and may we say BEAUTIFUL hairstyles.

Rihanna Afro Wig

The celebrity fashion wig  boasts a layered design with tight afro curls. Simply push the curls vertically, towards the root, creating straighter ends to the hair lengths and a messier look as sported by the songstress.

The 100% Japanese Kanekalon hair is beautifully soft, falling and moving like natural hair. It can be styled effectively with any hair product and with heated appliances using a cool setting.

Blow dry the hair on cool before wearing. An ideal way to separate the synthetic fibres, creating volume and negating any shine.

The skin top parting line features a dark coloured base, making this an ideal hair piece for darker skin tones and the adjustable rear strap ensures a comfortable and customised fit.

All of our fashion wigs are available for Worldwide shipping with standard and express options available, no matter where you are!

How To Wash A Synthetic Wig

Step By Step Guide To Washing Your Synthetic Wig

It is essential to care for your synthetic wig to preserve it’s longevity and with gentle brushing and styling and careful storage, you really can get multiple wears from your favourite hair piece with it looking like new. Washing and conditioning your wig is an ideal way to remove any unnatural shine, particularly in regards light or bright coloured designs and will be required after 3-8 outings of your new hair.

Our step by step guide requires no skill or specialist equipment just patience and a gentle hand!

It may be tempting to wash your wig with the same products as your natural hair. Your favourite shampoo and conditioner are ideal but remember that your wig is made from synthetic materials, closely resembling a soft fabric. You will therefore need a small amount of fabric conditioner and treat the hair much more carefully than you would your own to achieve the best and least damaging results.

Only wash your wig when you feel it is absolutely needed and give yourself plenty of time. Ideally you will want to leave it to dry overnight. Washing your wig too frequently will adversely affect the fibres and shorten it’s life span.

Step By Step Guide To Washing A Wig

  1. MIX IT UP: First up, you need to prepare your magical concoction. Using 10 pence piece sizes add 3 X Shampoo (shampoo designed specifically for dry hair is great for wigs as it will moisture and nourish the hair) 3 X Conditioner and 2 X Fabric Conditioner into your empty spray bottle. Top it right up with water and give it a swirl ensuring a nice diluted potion. If needed detangle your wig first using a wide tooth comb or brush. This paddle brush from Toni & Guy is ideal.
  2. GET SPRITZING: Depending on the length of your wig, you can either hold it up or place it on a wig stand / door knob / can of hair spray / boyfriend’s head and simply coat all the hair as evenly as possible with your spritzing bottle.
  3. LET IT FLOW: No need for any magic words or wizard spells, allow the mixture to penetrate the hair fibres for a few minutes and prepare for the next step by filling a clean basin with lukewarm water. Hotter water is fine to use on heat resistant wigs but will relax the wig style slightly if used on kanekalon and other fibres that are not fully heat resistant.

Step 1: When your wig arrives, it is super important to remove from the packaging and shake it out. Your wig has been packed flat and in transit for hours or sometimes days. Have you seen those exposé documentaries? Your package has more than likely been thrown, tossed, squeezed, folded, squashed and more by stressed and hungover delivery drivers. 🙁

Step 2: Blow it out! Choose a cool setting on your hair dryer and blitz your wig. This separates all of the fibres which in turn adds texture and reduces shine.
